Overview

This course walks you through the steps of the countersinking and installing flush rivets project. Walking through the steps before you perform them lets you know what to expect when you get to the hands-on portion of your training.

By the end of this course, you will be able to

• Mark fastener locations for the countersinking and flush riveting project
• Secure the assembly in the vice
• Setup up the drill motor
• Drill, inspect, and deburr the holes
• Setup the countersink tool
• Countersink the holes
• Install flush head rivets
