Many different types of fasteners are used to attach components to each other. This course introduces you to different types of fasteners and the tools used to install them.

• Explain how drill guides and drill stops are used
• Describe good drilling techniques
• Understand how to operate a Winslow drill
• Describe how compression riveters, rivet guns, and blind rivet pullers are used to install rivets
• Explain the purpose of countersinking
• Identify different types of countersinking tools
• Explain how and why bolts are secured
• Describe the purpose of torque tools
